CubeVox Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This sweepstakes is organized by Accuracy Quality Audio, Inc., the company operating CubeVox, with website cube-vox.com (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

2. Term

The sweepstakes shall run from April 01, 2026 at 00:00 hrs (UTC) through April 30, 2026 at 23:59 hrs (UTC), both inclusive, unless modified, suspended, or canceled in accordance with these terms. Any specific date, time, or time zone applicable to a campaign, ambassador, or annex shall be expressly disclosed on the site, the corresponding landing page, or the applicable annex.

3. Territory

The sweepstakes shall be open to eligible participants in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted and shall be void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The Organizer may exclude jurisdictions, territories, or participants where necessary for regulatory, logistical, tax, technical, compliance, or risk-management reasons.

4. Participant eligibility

The following individuals may participate:

• those who meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction, or the age expressly defined by the Organizer for this sweepstakes;
• those who have sufficient legal capacity to participate under applicable law;
• those who properly complete the entry mechanics provided in these terms;
• those who are not subject to any exclusion grounds.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, employees, officers, direct contractors of the Organizer, and their immediate family members, household members, or persons whose relationship could reasonably compromise the independence, impartiality, or transparency of the sweepstakes may not participate, to the extent such exclusion is required or advisable under mandatory applicable law or reasonable promotional integrity standards.

5. Entry mechanics

Participation shall be implemented through compliance with the mechanics published by the Organizer for the applicable campaign. As a general structure, participation shall require the user to complete a valid form, provide verifiable information, and confirm their entry through the means indicated for the sweepstakes.

The Organizer may require the participant to provide valid and verifiable information, including name, email address, and any other information reasonably necessary to administer the sweepstakes, validate entries, prevent abuse, segment interests related to the product, or contact the potential winner.

The Organizer may also implement optional amplification mechanisms, such as personalized links, referral codes, attribution parameters, UTMs, or other equivalent identifiers, in order to grant additional entries for valid referrals who properly complete their own entry. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular campaign, each participant shall receive one (1) base entry for their valid and verified entry, and two (2) additional entries for each valid referral who properly completes their own entry, up to a maximum of twenty (20) valid referrals per participant. The applicable attribution rules shall be expressly disclosed on the site, on the campaign landing page, or in the corresponding annex.

Incomplete, duplicate entries in violation of the sweepstakes rules, automated, fraudulent, self-generated, improperly self-referred, or entries generated through unauthorized means may be voided in whole or in part.

6. No purchase or reservation required / legal review

The relationship between the sweepstakes and any purchase, reservation, subscription, or commercial action must be expressly defined for this campaign and adjusted to applicable law.

No purchase or reservation is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase, reservation, or payment does not increase the chances of winning.

Participation must be implemented through a valid, free mechanism in accordance with applicable law. If the Organizer associates certain promotional, commercial, or outreach actions with the campaign, such actions must not be presented as a mandatory condition of purchase or payment in order to participate, unless applicable law permits it and it has been expressly reviewed and validated for the corresponding campaign.

Where additional entries are implemented for valid referrals, voluntary outreach, or equivalent promotional mechanics, such benefits must be clearly disclosed on the site, on the campaign landing page, or in the corresponding annex, without altering the general rule that no purchase or payment is required.

7. Prize

The sweepstakes prize shall be: one (1) CubeVox HiFi from the first commercial production batch, subject to final manufacturing availability and the specifications in effect at the time of delivery. The Organizer may also define alternative, complementary, special, or differentiated prizes by campaign, ambassador, acquisition channel, or specific annex, provided that such prizes are expressly disclosed for the corresponding campaign. Such special prizes may include, depending on the applicable annex, Signature variants, additional benefits, or periods of premium access at no additional cost.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• the prize shall not be redeemable for cash;
• the prize shall not be transferable;
• the prize does not include expenses, taxes, fees, transportation, insurance, duties, customs costs, or other items not expressly included;
• images, renders, or references to the prize may be illustrative if so stated in the campaign.

8. Winner selection

The winner shall be selected on May 05, 2026 by means of a random, verifiable, and reasonably auditable method, using the system, platform, or service disclosed by the Organizer for the applicable campaign.

The Organizer may also select three (3) alternate winner(s) in the event the primary winner cannot be contacted, declines, fails to comply, or is disqualified.

9. Winner notification

The potential winner shall be notified by email and shall have a period of seven (7) calendar days to respond and complete the required validations. The Organizer may also communicate the conduct of the sweepstakes or its result to participants and/or through the site, banners, publications, or campaign channels.

If the potential winner does not respond within the indicated period, does not satisfy the validation requirements, or declines the prize, the Organizer may void that selection and assign the prize to the next alternate, if any. If no valid alternates are available, the Organizer may conduct a new drawing or declare the prize vacant.

10. Prize delivery

The prize shall be delivered in accordance with the method communicated by the Organizer to the winner, subject to availability, reasonable validations, and compliance with applicable law.

The Organizer may require documentation, confirmation of identity, address, legal age, written acceptance, or any other reasonable validation before delivering the prize, including valid identity documentation issued by the participant’s country if necessary to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, or complete prize assignment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include shipping costs, taxes, fees, duties, customs charges, or other costs or charges on the winner’s side.

11. Disqualifications

The following, among others, shall constitute grounds for disqualification:

• breach of these terms;
• false, inaccurate, or untruthful information provided;
• use of bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized mechanisms;
• generation of duplicate or fraudulent entries in violation of the permitted mechanics;
• any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or improperly interfere with the sweepstakes.

12. Processing of personal data

The personal data collected in connection with the sweepstakes shall be processed in accordance with the CubeVox Privacy Policy and used to manage participation, validate entries, contact the potential winner, administer the prize, attribute referrals or campaign sources where applicable, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Where required by applicable law, the Organizer may request additional consents or inform specific conditions regarding the use of the winner’s image, name, alias, or testimonial.

13. Limitations of liability

The Organizer shall not be responsible for technical failures, connectivity errors, temporary unavailability of the site, interruptions of third-party services, entries not recorded for reasons beyond its reasonable control, non-willful attribution errors arising from links, codes, UTMs, or equivalent mechanisms, or indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

The Organizer’s liability shall not include services, costs, or items not expressly assumed in these terms.

14. Modification, suspension, or cancellation

The Organizer may modify, suspend, reschedule, or cancel the sweepstakes for technical, regulatory, operational, logistical, commercial, force majeure, or any other circumstances that reasonably justify such action, provided this is not contrary to applicable law.

Material modifications shall be communicated by reasonable means, including the website, the campaign page, banners, email, or the channels used to promote the sweepstakes. Annexes or specific conditions may establish different prizes, terms, mechanics, ambassadors, channels, or benefits for particular campaigns.

15. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the sweepstakes implies that the participant has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with the other site policies and terms that may apply.

16. Applicable law and legal review

These terms must be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with the mandatory law applicable in the territory or territories of the sweepstakes, including, where applicable, rules on promotions, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, data processing, taxes, promotional sweepstakes, and any required registrations or prior authorizations.

Participation, validity, promotion, implementation, and any delivery of the prize shall be subject to the mandatory law applicable in the jurisdictions involved. If any provision of these terms is invalid, insufficient, or unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the document, which shall be interpreted and applied to the maximum extent permitted by such law.
